Landen’s founding Member Greg Genereux started his first construction company when he was only 17 years old, TITA Construction, back in the late 1970s, which employed between 60 and 100 framing carpenters, framing thousands of homes and condo apartment units.
Greg then took TITA into a joint venture with Statesman Homes and eventually formed a 50% equity ownership in Statesman Developments. Five years later Greg then sold his position in Statesman and started Chandler Homes, building just under 1,000 custom homes while owning and running Chandler over a 14-year period.
Greg started Discovery Ridge Development Corporation and Chandler Homes was wound down so as not to be in direct competition with other Discovery Ridge builder members. Discovery Ridge was then developed in joint venture with United Developments.
Greg then set-up and started Landen Development Inc. in 2014, once again focusing on building quality custom homes and renovations, and specializing in custom acreage homes.
